The auction1.co.uk "Bulk Lister" is designed for those sellers who have a multitude of items to list and would like the convenience of listing items that end near the same time or working offline to upload to auction1.co.uk when ready.

auction1.co.uk "Bulk Lister" does not support image upload. To use the auction1.co.uk "Bulk Lister", you must host your own images or list auctions with no images. please "Preview" all of your listings prier to posting and make sure all images are visible.
When first using the auction1.co.uk "Bulk Lister" it is important to follow the instructions precisely.

auction1.co.uk HIGHLY recommends that you practice with a couple of test items to verify that the "Bulk Lister" is working correctly. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact admin@auction1.co.uk .

Open the auction1.co.uk "Bulk Lister".

Save auction1.co.uk "Bulk Lister" by (assuming use of Internet Explorer):

Clicking on FILE

Scroll down to SAVE AS

Create a folder on your computer that you will store the auction1.co.uk "Bulk Lister" and data files

Change file name to bulklister

Save as type should be: Web Page, HTML only (this step is critical. Any other Save as type will cause problems)

Click on SAVE

Before proceeding, verify that the bulklister.html file is saved on your computer.

Run the auction1.co.uk "Bulk Lister" by going to My Computer and finding the file.

Enter the auction information.

When ready to save, click on the EXPORT button.

Copy the data and paste into notepad or word.

Save the data as bulklister.txt in the SAME folder with bulklister.html .

Next time you load bulklister.html from your folder, that bulklister.txt data will populate. If you add more items remember to EXPORT the data and save the new bulklister.txt file over your old one.

Once all auction items are loaded, click on POST ALL.

You will be prompted for your user ID and password.

Verify auctions and click POST CHECKED ITEMS.

The posting process could take several minutes depending on the number of auctions you are listing. Please allow it to complete the process before continuing with internet use. Failure to do so could corrupt some data files.
